Patient’s treatment started with PROM and AAROM exercises. Patient progressed at a slow steady rate showing signs of improvement throughout the entire treatment process. Patient has been clamming for the last month of treatment 1x per week, also regularly kayaking and cycling with his partner. Patient was consistent with his HEP, developing his own spreadsheet at home in which he would monitor and keep track of his daily exercise routine. Physical Therapy supplied this individual with an exercise progression that allowed appropriate scapular stabilization. The patient was able to progress to higher activity levels quickly due to his compliance with his HEP. Physical Therapy provided the path to success and independence that the patient sought after.
