Elbow fracture with ORIF

A 65-y/o female patient who has a history of elbow fracture with ORIF. She developed an infection and required a follow-up surgical release of a contracture 6-months later. She presented with +75-degrees flexion and -15-degrees extension on th3e initial evaluation.
